I’ve always been drawn to the quiet truths — the spaces beneath the surface where real change begins.
I became a therapist because I know what silence can do. Too many of us carry stories that were never heard, pains that were never named, and fears we had to face alone. I believe that being truly heard can be life-changing.
My work is about creating a space where you don’t have to keep pretending you’re fine. Where the defenses you’ve built are not judged, but understood as protectors. Where grief, anxiety, or the weight of old wounds can finally be given room to breathe.
I practice with a gentle but deep approach, integrating psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, somatic awareness, and mindfulness. I work through an attachment lens, knowing that trauma doesn’t just live in memory — it lives in the nervous system, in relationships, in how we see ourselves. Healing means reconnecting with those parts of ourselves we thought were lost.
I’ve seen transformation — not in dramatic overnight fixes, but in quiet courage, clarity, and the slow rebuilding of trust with oneself and others. My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you rediscover your own strength.
If this resonates, I invite you to reach out. You don’t have to do this alone.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a proven approach for addressing trauma, anxiety, and other emotional challenges. By using guided eye movements or other bilateral stimulation, EMDR helps clients process distressing memories and reduce their emotional intensity. This therapy is especially effective for individuals coping with PTSD, unresolved trauma, or deeply rooted negative beliefs, enabling them to regain control and move forward with greater resilience and clarity.
Mindfulness-based therapy helps individuals develop a deeper awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and sensations in the present moment. This practice fosters a sense of calm and clarity, empowering individuals to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease. It is particularly effective for reducing stress, improving emotional regulation, and enhancing overall well-being.
EFT for individuals is a therapeutic approach that helps clients explore their emotional experiences and develop deeper self-awareness. This therapy is effective for processing unresolved feelings, trauma, and improving emotional resilience.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples helps partners understand and strengthen their emotional bonds, fostering a secure and connected relationship. It is particularly effective for couples facing communication challenges, emotional disconnection, or recurring conflicts.
Discernment counseling is designed for couples who are uncertain about the future of their relationship, offering a structured way to explore their options. It provides clarity and understanding for both partners, helping them decide whether to work on the relationship or consider separation.
